Hi, I’m Jess Lewis — founder of Wyld Heart, expedition leader, and coach. I’ve spent decades guiding people through wild rivers, rugged mountains, and high-stakes environments where resilience isn’t optional, it’s survival. What I’ve learned is this: courage isn’t built in a moment of crisis — it’s practiced, embodied, and chosen every day.

In my coaching, I blend mindset work, leadership training, and embodied fitness to help you build that same resilience for your own life. Whether you’re leading a team, navigating transition, or preparing for adventure, I’ll walk with you as you step into the version of yourself that is steady, strong, and unshakably present.

The Nitty Gritty

  • Enrollment in the Wyld Heart Expedition Prep Course is limited, so we keep our cancellation policy clear and fair. If you cancel more than 30 days before the course begins, you’ll receive a full refund minus a $150 administrative fee. Cancellations made 15–29 days before the start date receive a 50% refund. Within 14 days of the start date, or once the course has begun, no refunds are available. If something unexpected comes up, you may transfer your enrollment once to a future cohort at no extra cost.

  • You may choose to pay in full ($997) or through our 2-payment option. The 2-payment option requires a $525 deposit at enrollment and a second payment of $525 due 30 days later.

    If you select a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments, even if you withdraw or do not attend sessions. Payments are processed securely through ThriveCart, and we accept all major credit cards.

    If you’d like to explore a custom payment plan, please reach out directly at jess@wyldheartco.com to discuss options. Custom plans must be arranged in writing before enrollment is complete.

  • The Wyld Heart Expedition Prep Course provides coaching, fitness guidance, and mindset training. It is not medical advice, therapy, or a substitute for professional healthcare. By enrolling, you agree to take full responsibility for your physical and emotional well-being. Always consult your physician or mental health provider before beginning any new fitness or mindset program.

  • If an emergency prevents you from completing the program, you may transfer your enrollment one time to a future cohort of the Expedition Prep Course at no additional charge. Transfers must be requested in writing prior to the final session of your cohort.

  • This course is designed as a safe, supportive learning space. All group discussions and personal shares are to be kept strictly confidential. Respectful participation is expected at all times. Wyld Heart reserves the right to remove any participant for disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

  • All course content — including workbooks, trackers, recordings, and teaching materials — is the property of Wyld Heart Coaching and is provided for your personal use only. Materials may not be copied, shared, or distributed outside the program without express written permission.
